- Who counts as an editor?
- Anyone who updates the plan: admins, the leadership team, the head of transformation, and the owners of objectives, initiatives, milestones, metrics and financials. Everyone who only views the plan is free, however many of them there are.
- What’s a “company”?
- One plan: its own vision, focus areas and objectives. Departments and divisions inside one company don’t cost extra, and neither does another company: a holding company or a coach running several plans pays only for each one’s editors.
- What happens after the trial?
- Subscribe and carry on where you left off. If you don’t, the workspace stops accepting changes to the plan, but readings can still be recorded and your data can still be exported. We keep it for 60 days, and email you before we remove it.
- What if we add or remove editors?
- The bill follows your editor count. Trellis counts editors each day and the difference is prorated for the rest of your term, up or down. You never buy seats in advance, and nobody is ever blocked from being named an owner.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. An admin can download the whole plan at any time, as a JSON file or as spreadsheets (CSV) of the plan and its full metric history, and the board pack as PowerPoint.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the United States. The security page sets out where and how, provider by provider.
- Do you offer discounts?
- Annual billing saves about 17%. Our Founding Partners get 50% off list for 24 months, and private equity firms with 3 or more portfolio companies on Trellis get 15% off each.
- Is there a contract?
- You pay monthly or annually and can cancel at the end of the term. Enterprise terms are available if you need them.
