This policy is part of the Trellis Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses Trellis.
Use Trellis for your own company's planning
Trellis is for running your own organization's plan. Do not use it to run planning as a service for other companies unless your agreement with us allows it.
Do not
- Try to reach another company's workspace, or anyone's data you are not entitled to see.
- Probe, scan or test Trellis for weaknesses without our written consent. If you find a security problem, tell us at security@trellisexecution.com; we will not pursue anyone who reports in good faith, gives us time to fix it, and does not access or keep other people's data.
- Put in material you have no right to hold, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Put in special-category or highly sensitive personal data, such as health, financial account or government ID details, beyond what your planning genuinely needs.
- Use Trellis to send unsolicited email or messages, or to invite people who have not agreed to be part of your workspace's work.
- Upload malware, or anything designed to disrupt or damage the Service or its users.
- Overload the Service, scrape it, or extract it in bulk by automated means other than its export features.
- Use the AI features to produce content that breaks the law or Anthropic's usage policy.
- Share accounts or sign-in details, or get around the editor allowance by having several people use one editor's account.
If something goes wrong
We may suspend access to stop a breach of this policy or a threat to the Service or other customers, with notice where practical. Suspension never deletes your data. Report a breach of this policy to hello@trellisexecution.com.
