Bringing your plan to Trellis
- Get your plan out. We could not find export steps published on either company’s site, so ask your account team for an export of your objectives, key results and owners, or start from the deck or spreadsheet you already present them from.
- Upload it to Trellis. It reads the file and shows you what it found: objectives, measures, initiatives and the people named against them.
- Review before anything lands. Nothing is written until you confirm it, and anything without a named owner lands flagged rather than silently unassigned.
- Set the rhythm: the meetings that review the work and the ones that refresh the plan. Each meeting is generated from the rhythm and locked as a record once it is held.
